What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM = we manufacture to your design and tech-pack. ODM = we develop the product from our designs and your direction. We do both, and can mix (e.g. our frame, your custom lens and branding).
Do you help with design and tech-packs?
Yes — our in-house digitizing, tooling and sampling team can turn sketches or references into a production-ready tech-pack. Use our free tech-pack template to start.
Do you make custom tooling/molds?
Yes — for custom TR90/PC frame fronts and metal parts we cut dedicated molds; they're archived and siloed per client for fast reorders.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ 50 pairs per style/colorway; pre-production sample 7-10 days; bulk 25-35 days depending on decoration and material.
Is my intellectual property safe?
Yes — NDA signed before development, tooling kept exclusive to you, and designs are never resold.
Which materials and lenses can you develop?
Acetate, TR90, polycarbonate, metal/titanium, bio-acetate and wood frames; UV400, polarized, gradient, mirror, photochromic and blue-light lenses.
