1. Data we collect

When you submit an inquiry via our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, country, frame style preferences, quantity and project details. We also receive your IP address (via Cloudflare) and the browser user-agent string. Our website uses Cloudflare for DNS, CDN and security. Cloudflare may log access metadata per their standard practices. We do not use third-party analytics cookies or behavioral tracking.

2. How we use your data

Your inquiry data is used solely to: (a) prepare and send you a quotation and product-related communications; (b) respond to your questions via email or WhatsApp; (c) maintain internal sales records and order history. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and security

Inquiry data is transmitted via SMTP over TLS (STARTTLS) to our self-hosted mail server. A minimal inquiry log is kept outside the web root for internal reporting. We retain email correspondence for the duration of the business relationship and up to 24 months after the last transaction.

4. Your rights

You may request at any time a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, email sales@lumishadeseyewear.com.

5. Cookies

Our website does not set any cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie for bot management.
