AQL 2.5 sampling on every shipment
We apply ISO 2859-1 (AQL) sampling at General Inspection Level II, with an Acceptable Quality Limit of 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Inspection is documented, photographed and signed off by an independent QC team — separate from the production line — before any carton is sealed.

UV Transmittance
Spectrophotometer testing confirms 100% UVA/UVB block to 400 nm and correct category labeling per EN ISO 12312-1.
Drop-Ball Impact
Lenses are impact-tested with a dropped steel ball to verify resistance per FDA 21 CFR 801.410 and ANSI requirements.
Salt-Spray Corrosion
Metal frames and plating undergo salt-spray testing to confirm corrosion resistance and finish durability.
Hinge Fatigue
Hinges are open/close cycle-tested to verify they survive thousands of cycles without loosening or failure.
