Terms of Trade

1. Orders and minimums

Our MOQ is 50 pairs per style and colorway. Pricing is per quotation, valid 30 days. All orders confirmed by proforma invoice (PI). Deposit payment constitutes acceptance of PI terms.

2. Pricing

Quoted prices in USD, EXW Wenzhou unless Incoterms specified. Volume tiers: 50-300, 300-1,000, 1,000-5,000, 5,000+. Price depends on frame material, lens type, decoration and packaging. Tooling and mold costs quoted separately.

3. Payment

Standard: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. Repeat buyers may qualify for net-30 terms. Payment via T/T (wire transfer). Bank charges are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Sampling

Pre-production samples in 7-10 business days of confirmed specs and deposit. One sample round included; additional revisions billed at cost. Sample shipping at buyer's expense.

5. Production and lead times

Bulk production 25-35 business days from sample approval. Lead times are estimates; material changes communicated within 48 hours.

6. Quality and inspection

All orders to AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) unless stricter standard agreed in PI. Batch inspection reports provided (UV, polarization, impact). Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, QIMA) welcomed at buyer's expense.

7. Shipping and Incoterms

FOB, CIF or DDP per PI. DDP to US, EU, UK, AU, CA includes duties and taxes. Shipping damage claims require photos within 5 business days of receipt.

8. Intellectual property

Client designs, tech-packs and molds are exclusive client property. Mutual NDA signed before development. Client molds siloed, labelled, never used for other buyers. Client designs never displayed or sold without written permission.

9. Warranty and returns

12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from shipment date. Claims require photographic documentation; resolved by replacement, credit or rework. No returns for buyer-side specification, colour or sizing errors — samples must be approved in writing before bulk.

10. Governing law

Governed by PRC law. Disputes resolved first by negotiation; if unresolved, submitted to CIETAC Shanghai.
