FAQ

Common questions

Which metals do you use?

Monel (the eyewear-industry standard), stainless steel, and pure/beta titanium for premium, lightweight and hypoallergenic frames.

Why choose titanium?

Titanium is extremely light, corrosion-proof, hypoallergenic and strong — ideal for premium aviators, rimless and minimalist designs that command higher retail prices.

Can you do custom plating colors?

Yes — IP and electroplating in gold, rose gold, gunmetal, matte black, silver and two-tone, plus custom pad-printed or etched logos on temples.

Which styles work best in metal?

Aviator, rimless, round and slim rectangles. Metal also pairs well with acetate (metal front, acetate temple tips).

Are metal frames compliant and nickel-safe?

Yes — CE EN ISO 12312-1 and ANSI Z80.3, plus REACH/nickel-release compliance for EU skin-contact requirements.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

50 pairs per style/colorway; samples 7-10 days; bulk 25-35 days.
